Several times I have used this to fuel my car, no please or thank you from a certain rude lady server, the younger lady who serves is alway polite.To then be shouted at by the older server and told that the customer is being rude to point this out is disgusting.
If this is what Shell call customer service!! The lady needs a course in hospitality or at the very least some basic manors.. Disgusting and unacceptable, it?s a shame to see this is the type of people Shell employ.. perhaps she could have some lessons from the younger lady!! Avoid

It's a petrol station so not much else to say about it. Does have shop with selection of snacks and drinks but on the pricey side.

Good service station and friendly staff. Reason for 1 star review is that I have just purchased kindling there and it cost £9.25 per bag. I can buy the exact same bag at Tesco for £5 per bag. I feel totally ripped off. I realise you pay premium for service station convenience but that is just ridiculous.

It carries very little provisions. It is just a filling station and coffee and sandwhich pickup..overall poor service. Coffee machines are used by many narcotic substance users, evident by the overload of sugar in coffees, etc..In truth, it's good for petrol and very little else..

They always run of fuel I went on the 7 Oct 2022 had no fuel again I had go to tesco for fuel I always use shell for the V power diesel which tesco don't sell
