So it's now enough to order in advance and collect when texted. You need to check in on the app or they will happily serve people who turn up ages after you first. Waste of half an hour of my life. Not impressed!

Rude staff, can't cope with a few customers. Needed advice as don't know what the product is called... got told to use the tablet as he was too busy with 2 more people in que. (I do the same job in car spares and regularly have to deal with high volumes of retail and trade). I get it was only something small I wanted yet the lack of interest or customer service is disappointing. I still have an unusable sink that I don't know where I can get the part or screwfix may sell them but matey won't look....... rubbish service
