I?m quite a regular customer in this store and it?s usually quite a nice little shop. However, today whilst using the self check out which failed to realise the object was on the weighing scales after we had scanned it. So we moved to a different self check out as it wasn?t busy and the staff were taking way to long to come over to help us, we carried on with scanning our shopping on a different self checkout and the lady came over to sort the one we were just on and says over her head set ?well there?s no customer on this self checkout? very loudly so I just politely said it was us trying to scan our item and she replies with ?HUH? in an angry tone. So I said it again and she didn?t give a reply back. Please teach your staff customer service or at least how to speak to someone because clearly you are lacking in that department. I was only trying to tell you what happened

Just went to the checkout and was amazed.
Liz and Sue are only the two to help me pack my shopping in the bag.
All the others are in such a rush that the shopping goes next to the bag which is your bag for life.
You have such a small counter any help is good sometimes you feel as a customer you are in the way.

Cameron was a joy to be served by. He supported my service and was a great help - he helped me find lots of products and now I can feed my baby. thank you cameron and sainsburys

I'd give the staff 5 stars as they are always friendly and helpful. However the back entrance always looks tatty and littered. Someone needs to litter pick, sweep and jet wash the area as it's getting very scruffy. After that it'd just need a regular sweep! Come on Sainbury's, first impressions make a difference to a store.

Not much more to add. It's like a Sainsbury's but smaller. Note, you can't buy the nice ham with the peppers round the edge....
