Recovered big lwb van today. Turned up bang on time. Price was reasonable and not a rip off compared to other companies around. the chap was very helpfull. I Really couldn't ask for anything more and would definitely recommend and use again.

Really helpful last week, I called Toby to see if they could help get part for me, said should be ok call back in the morning this I did & it was sitting all ready for me to collect. It was the right part not like another big well known one in Poole which I now have to return. Car back on the road way way cheaper than getting brand new part from dealer. Thank you very much for your help you?ll be first point of call if I need a part again

Very poor customer service, this firm was recommended by my usual garage, to transport my car to the garage following a breakdown.
They were contacted Wednesday about this, gave a quote for consideration and then contacted back to confirm acceptance. Was then told it would not be that day but would be called with an ETA as soon as possible. This call never came.
Firm was chased via message Thursday afternoon after a substantial wait to no response. Eventually called back Thursday evening, promising the job would be assigned to another driver who would call Friday morning. Again, the call never happened.
Chased the firm again Friday lunchtime, and was told again that this ?other driver? would be chased up. No response again.
Had to make other arrangements for collection of the vehicle via another party.
Very poor service and communication.
