What a lovely surprise in Dorchester today. Our nearest Pizza Express isn't great so I can't remember the last time I visited one. We were served by Patrick, fantastic service, attentive, helped me with the app. Food was great, hot and service was excellent. Thank you restoring my faith in PE and excellent customer service.

My wife and I visited for a meal on a Monday lunchtime. The food was nice, as is standard for pizza express. However, it was the service from the team that really enhanced the experience. They were all exceptionally friendly and attentive, but it a professional way rather than being overly familiar.

Waited for 50 minutes to be told there was one more table to be served then we would be next. We should have been informed that there was a delay before we opened, When we apologised and said we needed to leave, as we had cinima tickets, without our meal,l kitchen staff made unnecessary rude remarks. Drinks prices are outrageous and it's left me wondering if the service is deliberately slow to sell more of them.

As is usually the case with Pizza Express, the food was delicious all round and fantastic value.
But a special mention is deserved for this branch for the outstanding level of service. From the minute we arrived, every member of staff that served us was friendly, helpful, efficient, and could not have done more to make our lunchtime more pleasant. Outstanding.
The fact that the kids were able to eat for free was an added and unexpected bonus! Such a family friendly place.

Found a hair in my food that definitely wasn't mine. Put it on a napkin and gave to waitress who said she would log it. No apology and no refund of the half of pizza that was contaminated and couldn't be eaten

I am very grateful for a kind help we received yesterday from the amazing staff in Pizza Express, Dorchester. A young girl felt unwell after the parade of Remembrance Day, she needed to sit and rest. The staff in Pizza Express took care of us, provided a cup of tea, biscuits, and gave shelter till her mum arrived. They didn't want any money. Well impressed. Thank you so much.

We didn't book but we managed to get a table for 4. The staff were welcoming and very patient dealing with our somewhat complicated dietary needs. The food came promptly and was really tasty. It's great to be able to have 2 toppings on one pizza. The option of a hot drink & small sweet is a great idea too. We were disappointed with the decaf coffee, which was very weak & insipid, however, they were happy to swap for a fresh mint tea. We don't eat out much but this was a real treat and fun, we will return. Thank you.
Dietary restrictions: In addition to the gluten free bases it was great to be able to omit other things we wanted to avoid. They were happy to swap non-dairy cheese on anything we chose.
