Last Friday we went into this shop gone 4:30 to buy a dress for a wedding. Megan was so helpful, bringing several pairs of shoes out, suggesting, shoes and bags to complement the dress I?d chosen. I was so excited with my purchase I didn?t notice what the time was when we left. But Megan couldn?t have had very much time left to close up. But Megan couldn?t have been more accommodating ?

Booked a personal styling appointment with Megan who was so lovely from the first time I met her and put my rather nervous self at ease from the get go. She advised me if she felt the outfits were too big or didn?t suit me. At no point did I feel pressurised to buy anything but was told that if I changed my
Mind when I got home I could bring anything back for a refund. Came away with two gorgeous dresses and accessories and promised to return with photos of both of the family weddings I was attending. Thank you so much Megan, you are awesome!

I cannot recommend Phase Eight at Brewery Sq Dorchester, highly enough. I visited, expecting to come away empty handed without being able to purchase any outfit for an upcoming wedding. Wrong! My husband and I were greeted by a couple of very professional members of staff - Joan and Michelle. They couldn't have done more for me with choosing outfits to try on and they explained that as the outfit I chose wasn't in my size in the shop, I was able to purchase 2 outfits of different sizes for delivery to my home and which, when happy, I could return the unwanted outfit for a refund. They made a daunting prospect into a very happy, positive experience. Well done ladies! The choice of clothing was quite up-market - something for every lady.
