Molly and Fay what can I say!
You two girls are absolutely fantastic and I hope the company recognises just how much you have turned the groom room around.
At the beginning of this year I was ready to find a new groomer. The girl that was there before you two took over was rude, unprofessional and she was terrible at grooming.
A friend of mine in Dorchester said the groom room had new staff, so I came back and I am glad I did..
Molly and Fay are so professional, they have hearts of gold and they both undoubtedly love dogs. My dog Alfie comes out looking amazing and very happy, you two are the best.
Keep up the good work, you both have transformed that place into something that is a pleasure to go to.

I am completely flabbergasted by my experience here. I booked my dog groom on Feb 13th and have waited almost two months to be told today April 2nd with days notice and for the second time that my appointment will need to be rescheduled. In my first appointment, I was told that I hadn't paid a deposit (which i did) and that as a result the appointment had to be given to someone else. This time, I was told that due to staff shortage they will need to reschedule again. I am a local business owner and don't normally do this, however I feel so so frustrated that I have been let down for the second time here. To top it off, I was told I would receive my deposit back and they haven't even have the decency to do that as of yet. Needless to say, I will not be going back here ever again and I would advise others to do the same!

Very helpful and happy staff. Along with pet supplies, they sell some small animals such as gunipigs and the occasional bunny. The lady on the till wa helpful with looking for the perscription dog food I need to top up after a visit to the vets. Which was only available online.

We came in tonight (7:30pm 11/11/24) just to grab a few bits for out pet gerbils! We had our 6 year old son with us and we were served by a lovley lady at the till (short hair and very smiley) she served us and then went out of her way to gave us a little tour of the animals and gave my son the opportunity to stroke them! He's usually nervous but she was so lovley and made him feel confident to do it! She was very friendly and chatty! A credit to the store ?

Go to place for pet equipment and food which cannot be bought from supermarket. Staff very helpful and ordered prescription dry food for my cats ....half the price to same product from my vet. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Store is well lit and clean. Have some small animals to buy. In store vet practice.
