I visit my local branch with an enquiry to today. The gentleman i spoke with was very helpful and the whole atmosphere was vey welcoming, friendly and relaxed with the background music.
As a non customer i was very impressed.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful every time we go into this branch. Today we had an appointment with Thomas Fowler, we were changing our book accounts to the new system of using a card. He explained everything that he needed to do. Very pleased with the service.
