I m regularly customer of ur ladbrokes yesterday I was in ur shop I played so much money and I lost also,but I put money in horse in dulvile that was 4.02 bymistake I put 4.05 and 4.05 in I did not know there was machine horse race and in machine race there was only 8 horses were running, and in dulvile more then 10 horses, I played number 10 horse and number4 horse and number 4 horses came but wen I went to counter one of the boy is working talking to much rude. And he not given my money, I understand in hurry I write 4.05 , but they must consider that 4.05 only 8 horses were running, it's ok I will tell all my friends not to go in ladbrokes
