Excellent. The Dorchester team were friendly and helpful. Stefan stood out as a particular hero! Got my car back on the road, explained everything in full and I was able to understand what the issue was. I usually use Halfords for my MOT and motoring issues but I will be Kwik Fit customer moving forwards.

today i experienced kindness and amazing service. i had a puncture and was 200 miles from home. i pulled in very close to closing time and the staff jumped on the van and saved my day..... amazing and thank to all the staff

Superb service. I was stranded in Dorchester after getting a puncture on a very rainy Saturday afternoon. Although they were fully booked, when I mentioned I was stranded with my baby and toddler, they agreed to fit me in between jobs. An absolute nightmare scenario ended up being very swiftly resolved. I was half expecting the price to be the sting in the tail, but it was cheaper than expected and very reasonable indeed. I?ve always been wary of Kwik Fits just because they are a big chain brand, but this experience totally proved me wrong. Couldn?t be happier and would highly recommend this place.
