Ordered food had to wait quite a while for the food when it arrives the fish was over cooked and dry they done a new one that one came out dry and tasteless

Me and a friend stayed in room 1 for a night whilst visiting historical sites around the area. The staff greeted us warmly and were very accommodating. Would stay there again, thanks!

Best Fish & Chips in Town!
Absolutely love the taste?crispy, fresh, and not too oily. The portion size is just right, and the price is very reasonable. Plenty of seating available, which makes it a great spot to relax. Waited around 10?15 minutes, but totally worth it. Highly recommend!

My first visit to the Hotel with my son which was a deliberate choice so we could watch the British and Irish Lions second game in Australia. We were visiting Tankfest at the Bovington Tank Museum and were desperate to not miss a minute due to the early live stream from Australia. Staff, cleanliness, beer, bar area all excellent and in good order. Toilets about average, but would certainly return and recommend. We had a great time, thanks.

Great pub for sport, as numerous TVs, so easy to get a good view from anywhere in the pub. Food was good too, and served pretty quickly, which was another plus. Only had one beer, but that was good, so all in all I can highly recommend the place.

We stayed in their B&B rooms. The bathroom was a bit shabby and needs some love but was functional. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Dinner was alright, nothing special - breakfast was good though. Staff were lovely. Overall - pretty good.

Had lunch here ... Everything was perfect ! ... Highly recommend the Pub/Hotel ... Everyone was so very friendly and helpful ... The food and drink selection is excellent ! ... Will be visiting again when Dorchester.

Popped in for lunch this afternoon. All three of us had the burger offer. Food was tasty. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly pub as well.

Ok, now there is something I need to tell you about the Ultimate Spicy Burger ? ?, Every time you take a bite, it's different. One minute you'll have the salt from the crispy bacon ? fusing with the char grilled juicy double-decker Burger, then the next will be a combination of burger jalapeños and pulled pork. Don't let me spoil the rest. Give it a go. ?Big up to the chef, Luke. ???
