I visited this salon for the 1st time, I am appalled at the service, I had the worst haircut ever, I have rang to speak to the Manager 5 times and still not got to speak to her to complain. I have had the cut checked out by a different salon and they are as appalled as I am. Its going to take months to get it right. Definitely WOULDNT recommend

I live going to Heather Hair Salon in Dorchester. After a several very bad experiences at other hair salons I have found that Heather and her team are caring, friendly and supportive. They have restored my faith in hairdressers and I now look forward to having my hair done. I can't recommend them enough. So glad I found a hairdresser I can trust.
