Purchased a property on Lubbecke Way with Fox and Sons. Throughout the entire process they were professional, informative and helped us with any issues that arose. We had difficulties with our solicitors responsiveness many times throughout the process and the team at the Dorchester office always stepped in to help. Jack was very friendly and helpful from the outset and gave a personal service specific to me as a customer, which is very important to me. Anna is amazing! I was given an appointment with Anna when I arranged a viewing through Fox and Sons. I ended up buying a property through a different estate agent but Anna was always helpful and professional, and she got me a great deal on my mortgage. She answered all my questions quickly and fully, even when she was on holiday. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I don't know what I would have done without her.
