As a former Estate Agent in the north (even though it was a few decades ago) I know that some difficulties and delays can occur. The team at Fox & Sons were helpful and professional in their handling of a difficult sale. I was kept up to date and they were always available if I had a query. I can recommend them.

Just completed the sale of our house in Charlton Down and we can?t fault Fox and Son Dorchester and all the work the team has done. From the first meeting with Libby to the feedback and final sale details with Shauna all dealt with professionally and in a cheerful positive manner (despite the disruption the Dorchester fire caused!) we?ll miss the regular check ins! Great Experience with Fox & Sons So Far!
I?ve been dealing with Shauna at Fox & Sons, and I have to say, I?m really impressed with the service so far. From the start, she?s been professional, helpful, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process. Communication has been excellent, and she?s made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
It?s still early days, but with an offer accepted, I?m feeling really positive about how things are progressing. If the rest of the process continues like this, I have no doubt it?ll be a smooth journey.

Have been looking at properties that Fox and Sons are selling, and I am grateful and very happy with how the service that I have recieved has been so far, and also how friendly everyone I have been in contact with has been.
Shauna has been great to talk with, and is always catching up with me through email or over the phone. Has also been updating me regularly with properties they have that fit with what I have specified in a property and within the budget I am working with.
Only met Elle once when I went to view a property recently, she was warm and welcoming as well as very friendly and easy to talk to, she answered all my questions about the property that I viewed and the surrounding area.
Met Libby the other day when she came to view and value my property, very friendly and again answered all questions I had about possibly selling my property and how they do things at Fox and Sons, also took onboard what I was looking for in the next property I wish to buy.

Although we didn't buy a property from Fox and Sons, we used their mortgage advisor, Anna, for our purchase. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only did she help us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, she also provided plenty of profound advice. She then went above and beyond liaising with and chasing solicitors throughout the whole process, helping to make things smoother and less stressful.

Just completed on our house purchase and although F&S weren?t the estate agent we kept with their broker service.
Anna is amazing! She kept us sane and was often the only communication we had with the solicitor (who were terrible).
I honestly cannot recommend her and the Dorchester team enough! Everyone we have spoken to there has been amazing.

Quickly achieved an acceptable offer for our property in three months with fox and sons Dorchester. The team were also supportive throughout the final stages - approachable helpful and friendly, persevering when challenges arose which were out of their control.

There are many estate agents in Dorchester. Following a recent deep dive / investigation and interviews with most of them I chose Fox's to sell my high spec town centre property. Please don't underestimate the advantage of them having the highest footfall of any estate agent in the town as they have the only brilliantly situated window display full of top properties right in the main street. Not everyone always searches online. Libby , Shauna & Jo in the Dorchester office have been 100% fantastic. Wow enthusiasm in abundance , local knowledge and professionalism superb for all 3 ladies , all are great ambassadors for the Fox brand. Nothing is too much trouble . Very impressed . Very well done , thank you
