I made an online order. The wrong item was sent to me and I emailed on several occasions to report this and after 2 weeks of emailing, I?ve had no reply. I called the number that was on the invoice and a lady answered and said that I had to go through the website to make an enquiry.
Unfortunately terrible after care. Customer service is none existent
