I went into the store to ask for information 5g home hub. The young lady that saw to me was absolutely fantastic she went through everything making sure it was the right choice for my needs.

I?d like to thank Ebony for her amazing help and patience this morning with my home broadband and 2x mobile contracts. She was friendly, professional and above all kept her sense of humour with my somewhat dinosaur approach! She pulled me into modern times!

Have just switched to EE home broadband after a horrendous experience with Vodafone.In the interim period between getting connected, I was keen to look at a 30-day rolling SIM and 4G dongle to tide me over.I popped into the Dorchester shop twice within 5 days and was ignored by staff both times.Yes, they were sat down with other customers but it takes very little effort to acknowledge someone who has walked in and waited for 10 minutes - even just to say ?we?re really sorry we can?t help you right now, but if you?re happy to wait, someone will be with you as soon as they can?.In the end on my second visit, I politely asked one of the staff (Shelley, I think her name was) before she got too engaged with her next customer, if they might have any dongles in stock.She looked at me like I?d committed a crime and then just grunted ?potentially, but I can?t check now?.After that, I gave up and went to the EE shop in Weymouth where George couldn?t have been more helpful, despite that shop also being busy.Politeness and acknowledgement is the bedrock of good customer service in any business - so if that?s important to you, it?s probably best to avoid EE in Dorchester.

I strongly advise against choosing EE as your mobile service provider. I have personally experienced their deceptive practices, and I am appalled by their unethical behavior. Last year, I signed a contract with them for a monthly payment of £53 for my iPhone. However, to my dismay, they have raised the installment to £67 without any valid explanation or notification. It is clear that EE is taking advantage of their customers by arbitrarily increasing the fees and forcing us to pay the inflated amounts. I urge you to avoid EE at all costs, as they have proven themselves to be cheaters who prioritize their own profits over the well-being of their customers.

Terrible. The manager is incredibly rude and incompetent. She dismissed my concerns after being sold a data package and mobile Wi-Fi device. They continued to take £20 per month for 1 year after it was returned and cancelled. She hid out the back and was generally a terrible person to deal with. Do not go there!

What an awful shop the lady who I saw was so rude and had a couldn't care less attitude. Spoke to me like I was a child, I left the shop without a phone.If this is the way you want your staff treating customers you will end up with none.
