There were some really nice vintage books..That's what I go for..The dealer done a deal in the past ..we'll I knocked him down from eight pounds too six .And there was the little old gent who was half frozen selling the Guinness toucan money box.Stamped..And Im sure he would have taken four pounds just too make enough for a cup of tea.The other one is a young lady outside...Who was selling her granddaughters toys and clothing..All branded and clean and working..She also looked like she could do with warming up.....!But overall good for books. There's a new charge come into force for parking and a few didn't know.So buyer beware..!You don't want too pay four pounds for Staffordshire pottery and get a fine for forty five pounds. !!!

Great for fruit, veges and plants. Also has fresh meat, fish and pies. Best thing, I think, is the watch mender, just inside the door of the main indoor market. He will replace your battery while you wait - mine took about 3 minutes. I think he only charged £5 as well Wow! Now that's proper!

Like Salisbury, it's a beautiful market. We arrived by train. After the market, go to Oxford bakery, is the pedestrian high st for great food (cakes, sandwiches, bread) and coffee

Outdoor market on Wednesday mornings. A good range of fruit and veg stalls, cheese, bakery, wet fish, plants, spices and condiments. (There's more but I didn't check those out). I love this market and wish we had one as good near us. Please keep this market going! We always visit the market when visiting relatives.

Looked online before we went and it was described as a vibrant market. Where you can buy food and gifts. But we arrived and nothing was there. There was an indoor flea-market (second hand stuff)
