Wasn't particularly friendly when I went in to collect. No beard nets were being worn and when I got my pizza home I found a stay hair underneath my pizza. Gross!

They accepted my order and after waiting for over an hour and 3 different phone calls (twice they hung up) they just said we aren't going to deliver and find a way to get a refund.

Don't answer the phones but lie and say it hasn't rung even though I have a phone call log. Not checking orders. Offered £10 credit if I order in store but online ordering that was taken away and just the item missing credit. I don't support dishonesty and if you mention a £10 credit it should be put on customers account with no conditions.
Parking: Don't park at The Range as you will get a ticket through the mail.

Kind of tacked on to a rail station with limited parking, not an eat in kind of gig. Food is great, service is great.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a £36 order that wasnt delivered. Just eat tried to contact them and no reply. Didn't even get a refund. They mug you off

Generally had pretty good experiences with Dorchester Domino's, delivery has been off timings but the food is normally pretty good.
Pricing is ridiculous unless you have a special offer.

So the age of connivence food is over after attempting to pre-order food as time was short & hoping to collect on the way home. Was immediately dismissed & told you must order in store & wait to be cooked. Sorry son no over priced treat tonight & we reverted back to an independent service.

Ordered by phone as not everyone has access to the Internet still. Woman on phone said they were busy so to call back later! Called back later & ordered a large cheeseburger pizza. Pizza delivered within 40 minutes - but it was just plain cheese! Called & explained but the woman said that was what was ordered, but as explained it was stated 3 times that the order was for a large cheeseburger pizza! It would really help if the people on the phone could understand what was being said to avoid incorrect orders!

Really good, have used this Dominoes regularly for years and never had a substandard pizza. Parking not always easy tho.
