Wasn't particularly friendly when I went in to collect. No beard nets were being worn and when I got my pizza home I found a stay hair underneath my pizza. Gross!

They accepted my order and after waiting for over an hour and 3 different phone calls (twice they hung up) they just said we aren't going to deliver and find a way to get a refund.

Don't answer the phones but lie and say it hasn't rung even though I have a phone call log. Not checking orders. Offered £10 credit if I order in store but online ordering that was taken away and just the item missing credit. I don't support dishonesty and if you mention a £10 credit it should be put on customers account...
