????? Absolutely terrible service at Curry?s Dorchester
Me and my partner went in to buy a washing machine and honestly, the experience was awful. The staff were completely useless ? they didn?t know what they were talking about and couldn?t answer even basic questions. On top of that, they just didn?t seem to care at all. No effort to help, no advice, nothing. We left feeling frustrated and went elsewhere. Won?t be coming back.

Went in to look for a new iron. Approached by helpful (not obtrusive) staff member. We asked about the ?price promise? as the iron we really liked was about 20% cheaper elsewhere but did require a 15 mile round trip to get. Staff immediately looked at the price shown on our phone and agreed a match. Thank you- that saved us time and fuel costs. Will shop here again.

Walked in with a fist full of gift cards.... silly way to send them, but that's life. Staff were brilliant.. .transferred all balances from 19 cards onto one and arranged the delivery of what I wanted without batting an eyelid. Excellent customer service and the equipment bought is pretty damn good, too. Have been to other stores in this chain, as i work around the country, and this is my favourite.

Awful. Tried to use website. Could not change my location and was giving stock availability for stores 150 miles away. Set up an account to give me the local store... did not work. If they can't have a working website, I can see absolutely no reason for buying any technology related products from them.
Thankfully, Argos don't have the same issues, and they received our custom.

Shop unbearably hot, stunk of BO,spoke to 3 different members of staff as they kept disappearing off shop floor,could have been break time in all fairness, and given 3 different delivery prices for same day same location, I did question an answer to a question I had asked only to be told he actually didn't have a clue and tried to bluff his way through it, I feel training and communication is in serious need of discussion however, bought some white goods as don't have time to be shopping around, let's see what delivery brings, any staff member is only as good as teacher......
