This Costa, opposite the Dorchester Sth station, is one of the best, and best positioned, I have been in, worldwide. There are those which are less than perfect !

This is usually my favourite go to for my morning coffee l go in EVERY DAY the staff usually have my order placed before I ask. I placed an order online only to find the shop closed as no staff i had been charged for the order. I went in the next day but the costa app gives no proof of order. I was made to feel like a liar, told the order never came through on their system despite being charged. I love my coffee and usually love the staff at Cooper Street but I don't think I'll be going back. Very disappointed.

OK Costa but don't expect to have a relaxing drink as the main batista is so loud. Even his talking voice is grating and there's nowhere to hide as he bellows constantly.

There?s a male member of staff who thinks he?s some sort of comedian and wants the whole store to hear him giving a running commentary. Unfortunately he?s not that smart and ends up screwing up drinks orders. If he calmed down and concentrated on his job he might be useful.

I had the most amazing white chocolate and strawberry hot milkshake ever!!!Because I really love the strawberry flavor, the amazing kick in it, the server was quite kind, friendly, and very supportive.
