Can I just say I have lived here for 11 years and have used coop probably 95% of the time due to the good nature and friendliness of the staff?
Only recently I have noticed a huge change in the manner of customer service? the staff are rude (I do have to add, apart from one member of staff his name is Dave).
It seems now that we are not made to feel welcome in the shop and it?s an effort to serve us!!!! At the end of the day I am sure we are paying these so called CSA,s their wages
I have now decided to go elsewhere where after 11 years
Sorry Co-Op but I think you need to re-assess your employment process!!!

Reasonable selection of items available, could do with more vegan sandwiches. Other than that offers a reasonable free from range for a small co op

The tills are all in the wrong place. It's a mish mash of design. Badly done. I'm available for in-store design as currently this is a shoplifters paradise!

Nice clean modern store Covid friendly helpful staff . Products nice and well priced good parking and now self service as well as tills. Will be back.

Make sure if you drive there you have change or a mobile app to pay for the car park. They will give your money back in the store. There is a Tesco not far away with a free car park.
