Unfortunately, they gave me a packet of the chip scraps... small pieces of chips some of which were burned. This was not just sporadic but the whole packet, which was disappointing. I won't be returning. Would not recommend.

Really good fish (my partner is from Kent but claims this is the best he?s ever tried), as a vegetarian I wish there were more options though. The battered mushrooms are nice but give me a tummy ache. chips are soggy, wish they were a bit crisper. Prices fair

We?ve just had the worst meal ever from Case and Brewer. The battered sausages were over cooked and had hardly any batter. The chips were mainly small bits and were dry and inedible.. We use Case and Brewer regularly and this was definitely not up to standard. Very disappointed.

Well ordered fish chips and mushy pease but didn't want them wrapped together also ordered a chicken fillet burger that was put in with the chips so instructions that were wrote down got ignored ? then of all things no mushy peas but a tray of battered mushrooms which got opened BY SOMEBODY THAT HAS SEVERE ALLERGY TO BATTER!! that person if they'd of even touched that batter would of needed an ambulance e en tho the hospital is 2 minutes away listen to your customers this was my 1st visit and won't be back

2 x cod and small chips. Got the food home, all stuck together like a soggy lump stuck to paper. Why don't these fish and chip takeaways use greaseproof paper. Cook the chips a bit more so they have a crisp bite to them (not over cooked), but a nice size of chip, not a soggy mess stuck to the soggy batter of the fish portion.
Looking at what we had, I would say just under £9 each for now a lot.
So it's a definite no no for us, very disappointed.

Cod in batter was more batter than cod.
Chips were skinny and not the large portion I paid for.
