We recently bought a new mattress from Carpets Select. The sales person was really helpful/knowledgeable (but not pushy), and let us take our time choosing the right one for us. But best of all was the customer service regarding delivery. We were moving house and needed it by a certain day/time frame. Carpets Select were really accommodating and delivered it exactly when they said they would, which fitted in with us. One of the many perks of shopping local. Brilliant company/friendly employees, would highly recommend.

From the minute we walked into the showroom we were made welcome despite it being almost closing time. We were shown the various options and made a choice of the Carpet we considered would suit us and made an appontment for someone to come and measure up. This was done and the order fomally made. We were given an anticipated delivery date and then when the carpet was in, another appointment made for the fitters. The two guys arrived (five minutes early) and made short work of fitting the Carpets and moving furniture accordingly to be able to complete the job to our complete satisfaction. Thank you to the whole team, receptionist, directors and especially the fitters. It is refreshing to find a local company that does what it says it will do, with good humour and years of obvious experience all round.

We used Carpets Select to carpet our whole house. The price was good, the fitters and the whole team were extremely professional, friendly and helpful with advice, fitting and follow up queries. Absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Excellent in every way. Choosing the right floor covering was a real pleasure and a lot of laughs thanks to the interaction with Steve. The range of options was better than a well know carpet retailer, Right? The fitter was friendly, efficient and quick, leaving no mess. The product and end result are spot on. Highly recommended.
