Ordered product from pharmacy, they said it will be in the next day and it wasn?t. Traveled in from a distance so wasn?t happy. Tried to phone boots pharmacy and nobody will answer the phone when I was told to call them ?

Mandy the No 7 lady is amazing! So helpful and friendly, she was so thorough and knowledgeable. She colour matched my skin to the foundation I need along with other products I wanted. She even came down from her lunch break to help me as I was in a rush, how kind is she! Not many people like this about anymore, what a gem. I?ll be visiting her from now on for all my No 7 skincare range, cannot recommend her enough 10/10.

I am here on holiday, and had run out of my medication. The chap was very helpful, he asked some question and 10 minutes later, I had 5 days of my tablets as an emergency supply.Excellent service, thanks so much.

Arrived at 9am to collect prescription. Had to wait as pharmacist was late. she arrived 5 mins later and the proceeded to chat and giggle with other staff. Even though my prescription was there since the previous day, it still took them 20 minutes to sort it out. They need to stop the chat and get on with their work. This is the 3rd time I've been there, and each time is the same. Also, never any staff available to purchase over counter meds and shutters pulled down.
