The cakes were delicious and an outstanding quality, visually stunning and beautifully set up.
Angela kept in constant communication with us at all stages and was transparent in any updates or changes and was very pleasant to work with.

Angela provided our wedding cake and everyone couldn't stop saying how lovely it looked and that the lemon and elderflower flavour was light and delicious! It was also really great that there was the option for a wedding cake sample box on the website so we could try different flavors beforehand. Highly recommend!

Wedding cake was beautiful. Had a lambethe 2 tier and the decoration was very well done. Tasted great too, had raspberry/choc and lemon. Delivered to our location too. Responded to emails quickly and helped with all my queries/style changes!

Angela provided the most brilliant donut tower for our wedding. The lovely touch of a bride and groom donut on top made us both so happy. Angela provided our 3-tier wedding cake this summer, and it was the perfect cake for our wedding. We had one tier victoria sponge and two tiers lemon and elderflower, both of which were so light and the flavours were delicious. The decoration was perfect and accompanied our theme so well. Angela provided our wedding cake and cupcakes. We fell in love with one of Angela's previous designs and she was able to adapt this to suit our choice of colours and flavours. We chose Victoria vanilla for our wedding cake and butterscotch and raspberry white chocolate for our cupcakes. Angela was friendly and helpful in all communications, providing all the information I needed to make my own cake stands and sign. She was even able to provide cupcake boxes so that my guests could take the cupcakes home as wedding favours. Most importantly, the cakes tasted phenomenal. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela or to use her for future celebrations.

And wow did it taste amazing, we luckily have some leftovers which we've frozen and get out every so often and it tastes just as good as it did on the night! I cannot recommend blossom dream cakes enough!
We had a last minute panic for our baby Oliver?s 1st birthday cake and Angela kindly agreed to make one for us.
I sent over a few ideas and Angela created this brilliant cake for us which was more than either of us could have ever imagined. It not only looked brilliant but it tasted like no cake we?ve ever tasted before!! It got rave reviews from every single guest that had a piece.
