Poped in at the end of the day to see about a tyre repair and got a tyre repair no trying to sell me a new one just got on with it. Had the tyres checked and was advised that I will need new ones very soon asked if I would like a price check on new one and given a price but was not made to fill as if I need to do it then and there. Just was advised that it needed doing. With that service make me want to use them again.

Highly recommend these guys. They where so wonderful when I went in to get my tracking done. Even after spending a while getting it on the ramp and looking at it - to realise the previous mechanic had fitted my steering rack wrong so they couldn't actually finish the job. They didn't charge me for the time already spent just kindly said come back to us once its been done properly. Which I did, and they fitted me in straight away. So lovely. Thanks so much!

Booked my car in for 8:30am, booking email stated it would take 1 hour. Arrived 15 mins early (as advised on the booking email) to be told that there are several cars booked in for 8:30 and I would have to wait until another car had been sorted. When asked why they book more than one car in when they only have facilities to work on one car at a time I was told it is all beyond their control and basically it was tough. Absolutely ridiculous system and no one willing to take responsibility for the terrible service. Was told to contact ?head office? but they couldn?t give me any details for head office or the refunds department. We had booked the car in at 8:30 as we were going on holiday so couldn?t hang around all day. Don?t bother booking an appointment time because it?s luck if you?ll actually get your car in for that time - definitely won?t be returning.

Firstly, I booked an appointment (which are spaced 30 minutes apart) online and arrived early (per the firm's instructions) only to be told to leave the vehicle and come back in an hour. I returned an hour and a quarter after my appointment time only to be informed the exhaust had not been examined: perhaps I could return later or on another day!Secondly, after leaving, I noticed a dent just below my passenger door, apparently caused by a trolley jack or other equipment (various tools were left lying about unattended on the forecourt) being smashed into my car with considerable force. Whoever damaged my car must have been aware of it at the time but unfortunately I did not check my vehicle before leaving.I am more than 99.9% certain, because of the timing and nature of the damage, that it occurred while my vehicle was left for inspection.

Went in today and had two front tyres and wheel alignment done, being a nerd I had plenty of questions and the older chap serving me couldn?t have been more informative. With out doubt the best experience I?ve ever had at a tyre fitters they were really busy but had time for everyone coming in or phoning up. They never stopped working and even fitted me in before my slot as I was in the area. I won?t go anywhere else in future.

The only one out of all well known National tyres service garages in Dorchester that actually wanted to help with sanding down a corroded wheel. Took 15 mins in total and most importantly they also offer free customer service ? ??
