I had an ongoing problem with a tyre losing pressure after a number of other outlets were unable to diagnose the cause of the problem, a neighbour suggested ATS Euromaster in Dorchester. After contacting them, they arranged an appointment for the same day. They very quickly found the real cause of the problem and rectified it. The staff were friendly efficient and professional highly recommended and I fully endorse all the previous positive reviews.

Really friendly team who are super helpful. Popped in after my tire was punctured by a screw in shopper car park and they were able to fix it then and there! Couldn?t ask for more!

I visited on the morning of 25/11/2023 for the installation and wheel alignment of the 4 tyres I purchased through the ATS Euromaster website. Welcome with great energy and a smile, followed by advice on where to go in the city while waiting and a quality job done with care, they also fixed the part they saw separated on my vehicle during the process, what more, I love it, well worth the drive from Yeovil.

Visited ATS Euromaster Dorchester on 03/10/2023, and as always the staff are very caring, personable, attentive and provide great customer service. Obviously very interested in doing a good job and that?s exactly what they do ! Over the last 7 years I don?t know want I would have done without them. Rang ATS Dorchester with a query slow flat 12 September 2023. Helpful good advice. Came in and manager CHRIS organised a technician to check tyre, took it off diagnosed faulty valve, fixed and re-inflated and re- logged tyre pressure check all in 20 minutes ! that's what I call 5 star service. The team at ATS Dorchester discovered a significant and dangerous problem with my steering system, but managed to source the parts and fix the problem very quickly. They communicated with me regularly offering me various options, and were really easy to deal with. The pricing was extremely competitive, very pleased with the service they provided.
