Gym is very clean, tidy lots of equipment to use and very well maintained. Classes are excellent and. great fun. The two young lads (Wednesday evening crew) coaches are very supportive and like to give everyone a challenge, always so much fun, they make their classes very enjoyable whilst giving their clients a workout.... read full comment

Such good value for money! I was really impressed when I came across this gym, the spinning studio is a great size and the bikes are really good. I have really enjoyed coming to spinning class as it has helped me with my confidence getting back into fitness. The gym itself is nice and spacious, not tight little rooms... read full comment
