Good easy stop from this A road if your heading or travelling down to the Sea and south coast. The drive through option is very convenient for travellers and young children.
Independent coffee shops face challenges in competing with these giants like Starbucks which would be more ideal :)

Manager is extremely rude and condescending, making it seem like you are the issue and that the drinks must be perfect everytime! (when they aren't). Avoid. Much better Starbucks everywhere else who actually make the drinks correctly.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this one is ridiculous.
Wrong drink served at drivethrough, met with uncooperative staff who forced wrong drink on us to clear the drivethrough. Would rather stand there talking to each other than get the job done correctly. Told that we had ordered the wrong drink, not sorry they made a mistake.
How we ended up with the wrong drink is beyond me. But when you reach the window and see all the staff members in one spot laughing and joking it becomes apparent.
Hand you the wrong drink without saying anything and then rolling eyes when you query it.
To be told we made this mistake just puts the final nail in the coffin.
We can get it rectified if we go to back of a long queue. Being at the front and it being mistake of Starbucks should be priority.
Manager was barely out of school and well out of his depth. Bunch of kids who aren't interested in working.

Very quiet when we visited but at least 5 tables were dirty...lots of flies including some dead ones on the windowsills.
Toilets were not clean and most importantly, the coffee was undrinkable.
Very miserable staff who just want to get rid of you quickly so they can go back to their conversation. Very disappointing.

There?s a reason Starbucks remains my go-to coffee spot, and my recent visit only reinforced that. From the moment I walked in, the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The baristas were friendly and efficient, greeting me with a smile even during the morning rush.
I ordered my usual Caramel Macchiato, and as always, it was perfectly balanced?smooth espresso, velvety milk, and just the right amount of caramel sweetness. My friend tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte (even though it?s not fall, but luckily they still had it!) and couldn?t stop raving about the cozy, spiced flavor. We also shared a Double Chocolate Brownie, which was decadently rich and paired wonderfully with our drinks.
What I love most about Starbucks is the consistency?no matter which location I visit, I know I?ll get great-quality coffee and service. The store was clean, the music was upbeat but not overwhelming, and there was plenty of seating for both solo work sessions and casual catch-ups with friends.
Plus, the Starbucks Rewards program is a game-changer! I love earning stars and treating myself to free drinks. It?s clear they value their customers.
Whether I need a caffeine fix, a quick snack, or just a cozy place to unwind, Starbucks always delivers. Five stars without a doubt?I?ll be back tomorrow

I must say very very disappointed!! I order just ordinary capuchino and to my shock when I check my Starbucks account they took over £9 ? so there was the question ?
Why capuchino cost nearly £5 ?? Oh yes they charged me for some frothy capuchino which I did not order at all
So I have to say how on earth this is aloud?? I don't need to drink froth I only asked foe normal capuchino! Not happy at all !!!
So people please before you pay do check the prices on the board over the heads for exactly everything cost before you ge the nasty shock
Never ever come to this place again!!
