What can I say but wow what a great pub/restaurant, after only having the place for 9 weeks the transformation, the service and the food is amazing, I can?t believe how tasty and delicious all the food is.
The staff are absolutely incredible.
The entertainment is the best.
Camping there has made me want to camp more.

I visited this Pub last week with my husband for lunch. They have a good menu with lots of choice. We were warmly welcomed into the pub and were served quickly. We opted for a ploughmans lunch, and we were not disappointed. It was a tradition ploughman's with both cheese & ham, lovely crusty bread & delicious chutney. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Good food, fair prices, friendly staff, children & dog friendly.
When we visited (summer bank holiday) there was regular live entertainment which added to the atmosphere.

Stayed over the weekend for one night. Staff friendly, very relaxed and clean/tidy.
Feel it?s a work in process as only just reopened but their plans will make for an excellent place to stay. We didn?t eat there but the live entertainment was good. We will definitely be back to support their vision for the place.

Easily the best pub to happen to Dorset. Great atmosphere and friendly sufficient staff. I had lunch there yesterday and got served by a friendly smiley chap named Jaffa and the chef Jack cooked me up a gorgeous burger and Eton mess for my lunch. Will definitely be coming back in future. My new home from home.

Very disappointed came in earlier in week really good. So we were looking forward to a meal on our last evening if our holiday. Unfortunately tonight, everything we orderd had run out , and the poor waitress had to keep coming back to tell us sorry run out from chef.
Not very good at all so just had drinks. Steak off menu, Lamb off specials board, Halloumi burger all run out and it was only 7pm. Waitress was was totally unaware of this. Specials board should have been updated , and before we ordered we should have been notified of food unavailable. Bad organisation. Sorry to review this, but we recommend people to come, on same evening. Not a good advertisement.
Hopefully these issues can be dealt with better in the future.

Can't give it any stars. Their web site said it was open from 16:00. It wasn't! Got there just before 17:00... We walked down and found it all locked up, contary to their website opening hours! They've lost my custom, not going to make the effort again!

Really nice pub with campsite and an outdoor stage which hosts some really good bands. Food is good and fairly priced. And staff are friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking available

Lovely pub, amazing staff and so welcoming for a nice pint or a big group, lovely food and good prices! Couldn?t ask for better highly recommend!! ? thank you to chef Sam and Jordan and Thea behind the bar and Andy for the bits he did for my partners birthday party!
