Sadly on this occasion a one star experience - all I wanted was some furniture polish - asked at Customer Services - the lady didn't even look up from the PC '.....we only have briwax...' - the young lad standing by her side was much more helpful directing me to where said polish was - they only had 'clear' and more expensive than Amazon so ordered on line whilst in store and will have tomorrow - hate doing that but terrible customer service ( apart from young chap) and no choice.

Ordered 16 bags of compost that was meant to be delivered on Saturday. Stayed in all day waiting for it and got a phone call about 6pm to say the van had broken down. The guy on the phone assured me that it will be delivered in the morning on Sunday.
After mid day Sunday I got a call to say they couldn't find a driver this time so can't deliver to us.
I have waisted my entire weekend waiting for this delivery only to be fobbed off with a different excuse each time.
The guy on the phone hung up after our conversation in which I was annoyed but didn't swear. I now have no idea if I'm getting my £100 back or the compost will be delivered on a later date.
This has been handled really badly and I won't use them again.

Friendly and knowledgable lady that served my wife and I in the kitchen department. However the lead time on a compact laminate worktop was 10 days, the price also more than what we had been quoted by surrounding companies that supply these types of worktop from stock.
