I enquired at Travis Perkins Christchurch about paving to expand the parking area at home. The customer service guy was really informative and helpful. Full marks.This is in complete contrast to a few years ago when the staff would hide in the office and didn't want to know a non-trade person. When eventually they came across would be very dismissive. Top marks to TP for realising the problem. I almost didn't go in this time because of the previous experiences.
