Leighton has been super duper helpful. Had lots issues with various deliveries from the Poole store and he?s been really helpful in sorting them out. He?s put my faith back into topps for what has been a pretty awful customer service experience.

Highly recommend Topps tiles in Christchurch. I?m having a complete bathroom refurb. I arrived at Topps with no real idea as to what sort of tiles I was after, I explained this to the staff, they talked me through their many options, then walked me around there large displays so I could actually see them. Most helpful staff, polite, professional, and clearly know exactly what their talking about, I left with the tiles chosen for my bathroom, very happy with the service and the product, can?t recommend them enough.

I came in without knowing what style or colour tile I was looking for but after briefly describing what I wanted to the deputy manager Aron he was more than happy to show me what I could get most for my money I?m extremely happy an would recommend him an the store to anyone looking for tiles.

I would like to highly recommend Topps Tiles branch in Christchurch, as they are always well stocked with everything I need. They have a great choice in various tile designs and colours and other useful tiling products and tools. The store is always clean and well organised. When I walk in, I am always acknowledged by staff, and if I need anything, they are always happy to help, which makes me feel like a valued customer. All staff are friendly, helpful, and approachable, and management is always supportive and knowledgeable. I enjoy coming to this store for multiple reasons. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone, as you will definitely find what you are looking for, and will be well looked after the moment you walk in until you leave.
