Highly likely the worst service in the Christchurch area, customer service is so poor no two tiles are the same from one order.Avoid at all cost

I was offered the wrong advice regarding tile adhesive and my tiles started falling off the walls damaging a £1500 bath, I took the £17.99 tub of adhesive back to swap over and they were like it's my fault and wouldn't swap the adhesive for the correct one so I had to purchase the correct one. In all honesty it's their word against mine so what can you do. funny thing is I kindly offered him the opportunity between a negative review or to swap over the adhesive for the correct one. Imagine that.. damaging future business, potentially diverting customers to other competitors over £17.99. wasn't worth it if you ask me.

A personal service from Shaun at ChristchurchDuring my first visit I was given the space to think. When required, Shaun at the Christchurch store was helpful and provided a great quote. Next visit three weeks later and Shaun helped go into the detail of what accessories we should get. Excellent service and we were well looked after.

Beware of Tile Giant. It has been taken over by Matt Williams causing changes to their trading conditions. They did not honour their returns policy with me ( 1 whole unopened palette ), they changed the 28 day return date from delivery date to when I bought the tiles and the whole process of getting my money back was delayed for 21 days due to no communication with head office/area manager. I was also not told when I purchased the tiles that it was a special order. They now refuse to honour their terms and conditions and I have lost £850.

We visited the Christchurch shop today.. I gotta say the 2 gentlemen in there couldn't be more helpful.. sorry only got one of the gentleman 's names, which was MAGS ..they both went out of their way to help with what we were looking for.Many thanks boys, you are the best.Sam and Pete. Xx

My go to tile shop ! Staff have always been and still are so helpful and patient - Thankyou to Sean especially, certainly knows his stock and had lots of good ideas when it came to my shower tile dilemma . We got there in the end - would definitely recommend this store.

The manager went above and beyond today.We just wanted one tile to mount a house number. We were advised which tiles were easier to drill and cut. The tile was cut to the dimensions we required free of charge and with a smile. Would highly recommend for tiles and accessories.

Great service from Darren, he had the tile we wanted in the volume we needed as well as the adhesive and grout required to complete the job all ready for us to pay for and collect in less than an hour after our phone enquiry. And at a great price, too! Thanks for making shopping in person such a pleasure.

Attended this store on two occasions, speaking to Ian and Mags. Both demonstrated excellent customer service. They were informed, patient and most importantly for us they highlighted the many choices available. We rarely experience this high standard of service in retail these days so along with being the most competitive in price, it really was a no brainer

We drove from Sidcup Kent , to Tile Giant, Christ Church on 30th August as we only required five spare tiles, our local store (Orpington) didn't have them available so we tried other branches . When contacting Christ Church branch Darren and Lee put them by for us. When we arrived they were so so helpful , friendly, asked what we needed the tiles for and provided their wealth of knowledge and experience for us to get the best results for our project. I dealt with Lee at Christchurch branch he was exceptional and a credit to the team. He was friendly, polite, helpful and patient giving advice. I came back in store to change my order and they made this an effortless process and even brought my replacement order out to the car and loaded it into the boot for me. Top service thanks.
