Whenever we think of a charity shop to get tableware, this is the best place, always well stocked and the largest selection in the Bournemouth area. We came in yesterday with our 1 year old son, the staff were friendly and helpful, the man at the counter packed everything for transport. Great service, highly recommend!

Took two brand new items in at 4pm today for donation ..rude , dismissive woman didn't even look at my husband said they don't take donations close to closing time . Would have taken 30.seconds to take them if she could have been bothered to enquire . We took them to another shop who were delighted . I know people working in charity shops are volunteers but if you cant be there with good grace for the cause , then why bother .

Wonderful selection of just about everything you need for home and plenty of clothing for everyone. My son bought a solid pine desk, office chair, laundry basket and solid wood bookcase for £37.00! The staff were helpful, jolly and pleased to be there. Highly recommended!

Always such grumpy people serving here. Such a shame, it puts you off going in or giving them stuff. The lady here on Wednesday just exuded misery and sadly appeared to see customers as a real annoyance

Huge selection of goods from home (electrical, furniture and crockery), to clothes/shoes/bags, to books/CD's, to childrens toys/books. Mostly at very reasonable pricesAlthough they have racks and racks of clothes I see quite a few with stains on or pulls/bobbling. It feels like they are favouring quantity over quality.
