James and his colleagues at the Highcliffe branch were great, they marketed the property well and in a difficult financial climate they managed to get people through the door and provided feedback after every viewing. James was always on the end of the phone for any questions and facilitated the sale through to conclusion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Having recently sold through Slades I only have praise for James and the whole team. James was very efficient and always went the extra mile, listening to all our concerns and reassured us when we felt disillusioned. Freddie was always very professional and was very good at updating us with feedback when we had people viewing. The sale eventually went through very smoothly in a difficult market and I can't thank them enough. Will definitely recommend and use again if we think of moving on.

We researched several estate agents in our area and we chose Slades in Highcliffe because they were extremely efficient, gave us excellent advice, went above and beyond with helping us to achieve a sale and market our house with great attention to detail and constant communication and contact. James and Alex both worked with us in a friendly and professional manner and even started to market the house before the advertising went live on the website. The amount of photos and the virtual tour showed the house off really well. The sale went through smoothly even though it was in a chain of 5 properties and was not stressful as we knew that James and Alex were there to oversee everything so we didn't have to worry. Based on the service we received we would definitely recommend them.
