I wouldn't normally note petrol stations for having great customer service, in general. However the chap working on the afternoon of Monday 14th April was a cut above. He really went out of my way to make sure I got the screen wash from the machine. A real gentleman

Literally always excellent customer service. A great place to fill up your motor.
She'll service station has a M&S store inside. They also do a delivery service through Deliveroo. From ordering on easy to navigate site to delivery is extremely fast and produce is top quality

Not able to get my 8p VPower discount - staff couldn't help sort it out as beyond their control and said Shell "doesn't trust them!?"

Staff are great very friendly, one thing to note I'm taking a break from filling here, most recently, filling up here I'm not getting the mpg I'm used to, filling up at other shell garages I do.A few years ago I was compensated by shell due to incorrect fuel measures at this station.I spend in excess of £800 a month so I expect things to be right. But my business is for the time being going elsewhere.

Sandwich was great, shame about the customer service. Not sure the customer should be trying to make the lady at the till happy. No need for the rudeness I received from her, would happily go back if I knew she wasn't working that day....
