The best charity shop in the area in my opinion. As a vintage fanatic, I love that there is a vintage section - I almost always find something to buy from it and my wardrobe is full of unique and quirky pieces due to my regular visits here. The Manager and the volunteers are wonderful, not only friendly and fun, but helpful and kind too. It?s one of the last charity shops that is actually reasonably priced, unlike many others that are expensive now which is such a shame.
My kids also love the children?s section, often finding books and clothing to purchase. To them it?s a fun little thing to do. Long may it continue - please don?t change it or close it down! We will stay loyal to you as local customers ?

Just saying, what a grand job Caroline and Lynda and the others have done, turning a rather dowdy place into a fun place to go. There?s a good selection of clothes, kidswear and home goods and books and cds (yes, PROPER music!) in a bright and cheerful setting. And as always it?s the people who make the difference. There?s always a friendly smile for customers (like me!). Well done, Caroline!! You?ve turned the shop around through your ability and sheer hard work. You?ve made raising money for a good cause into a joy for us. Don?t let anyone tell you anything different.

My experience shopping here was great. It seems that there are lots of new displays with refreshed items regularly. I never feel disappointed giving to this charity, to be honest it feels like it gives me. The latest manager is by far the most dedicated, of those ive met. She is so helpful and full of spirit lfting not just my mood but others I could see also.

The salvation Army Charity shop in Highcliffe has a warm, Friendly atmosphere and have lots of random items that come in during the week. It is located a short walk from the beach so in the summer months, you need a light top to cover up from the sun or a towel for the sand, it could be quite convenient.
