Myself and my family couldn't ask for a better service from Meadow Pharmacy. The personal touch from Conroy is both reassuring and consistent and has been imperative through my recovery from serious illness but also a great help seeing my daughter through multiple open heart surgeries from 8 weeks of age onwards.The business is a very imports pillar of our community.

I cannot rate this pharmacy enough, they have always gone out their way to help me here, the staff are always so polite, welcoming, willing to help and well presented always with a smile and rare in today's world I personally find. They have always had what I have needed and have never had to wait long for prescriptions at all. The pharmacist Conroy is such a nice guy a little cheeky at times but I like that as HD always makes me laugh. The girls who work out front are always so polite and friendly and it has a reel community feeling about it. I wouldn't go anywhere ells. GREAT job guys ? ? ? ? ?

Meadow has been my nominated pharmacy for prescriptions for many years. Before the pandemic I would take a prescription to the pharmacy and wait about 10mins and it would be supplied. During the pandemic I moved to online repeat prescriptions. They text me when the prescription is ready and it has always been available within the lead time indicated when I make the request.Recently at a routine visit to pick up a prescription the pharmacist asked if I would like to have a blood pressure test. Not having had a test for at least 10 years I accepted and he ran the tests in a few minutes. They showed that my blood pressure was such that I was recommended to see a doctor right away.I am very grateful to the pharmacist for helping me that day. That intervention has opened my eyes to some of the symptoms I had been having and hopefully has allowed me to avoid some major future health problems

Nice to see a pharmacy who knows their regulars; I had an issue with my medicine being unavailable and the resolve was prompt and hassle free on my end. Lovely staff, great service.

Terrible service - they never answer the phone. Once week we had to try over 30 times before they answered to get a repeat prescription.

What is the point of having opening hours when the pharmacist doesn?t think they apply to him!! Should of opened at 9am but didn?t open the doors until 9.10am by which time there was a queue. No apology or explanation for opening late. Staff member I dealt with could do with some education in manners. Generally very poor service!

No one answers the phone. I've been trying to get my prescription transferred due to a family emergency, and it's medication that I have to take but you can never get someone to pickup the phone! It's ridiculous. And they close early today so It looks like I'll be without this medication for 3 days due to the holidays because no one can answer the phone. Disgusting way of treating customers. If I could give a negative star rating I would. If you need medication and are able to go to a different pharmacy I would definitely change it to that pharmacy. Perhaps a different pharmacy will treat its customers much better and have someone to answer the phones!!
