Staff very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, the Aircon was very good. Excellent location for surrounding attractions. Will happily stay again when in the area.

Stayed here on 10th August for a nights rest and what a let down the place is. The reception staff were not helpful and and appeared to be completely disinterested. I paid for both of ours cooked breakfast for the following morning for 7am. Went to the restaurant for an evening meal to find a notice pinned to the door stating that they could not supply hot meals for walk in's as they had no staff and it closed at 9pm !!!! The room on the 1st floor was incredibly hot and there was no cold water in the bath / shower only hot !!! The complimentary coffee in the room consisted of two sachets of Nescafe tasteless. Only 1 pillow per bed so after starving ourselves we tried to get some sleep looking forward to a good hearty cooked breakfast. How wrong we were. We went to the restaurant only to be told that they no longer do cooked breakfast as all the chefs have left but we could have some croissants / continental !!! Needles to say the offer was declined and after having spoken to the reception desk obtained our breakfast refund payments and off we went whilst still starving !!!!.

Arrived after 9.30pm and receprion staff were very welcoming and friendly. Really comfitable bed, good nights sleep and really quiet.
In the morning, as we checked out, equally friendly and helpful reception.
What's not to like!

Freezing cold room, very dark and dingy like a dungeon. Only one set of towels, only discovered when about to get in shower. When we mentioned this on leaving no apology given just that room must have been set up for one person! Very tired looking. Don't bother staying here, Premier not interested in their customers.

Good premier inn but too expensive for what you get, no choice as friends party, but wouldn't stay here normally, £350 for 2 nights is not normally a premiering price. Although the pub next door is good with good draft beers and restaurant food at a good price.

After staying at Wembley Premier Inn a few weeks ago, this is much smaller. Staff were so helpful when signing in and during our 2 day break
The bedroom was a good size, no complaints whatsoever
If you are having dinner or breakfast, because of the size of the hotel, you have to eat in the pub , just outside
We had breakfast the first day, and unlike other Premier Inns I have stayed in the breakfast is table service only, if you are going for the full English breakfast
Continental breakfast just help yourself

Having read reviews for this hotel, I was a little concerned about cleanliness and service but I phoned a few days before our stay and spoke with Liz who ensured we had a top floor room away from the car park and pub end.We arrived and we had a lovely, quiet room.Thank you so much Liz.
Check-in was quick amd efficient and the room was clean and presentable.I do find it a little annoying though that a double room is booked yet only 1 hand towel is provided.I can't share towels with my husband because he has a skin condition.So I gave 4 circles for the rooms.
The hotel is situated just on the edge of town which was perfect for us.We don't book breakfast on-site any more as we have found that the adjoining pubs are not that great but there is Cuckoo's cafe a few minutes drive away near Mudeford which was clean, pleasant with efficient staff and a sun terrace at the front. Highcliffe was pretty central for travelling to Lulworth cove and Durdle door and local restaurants, cafes etc. and we had a few minutes drive to the Jetty restaurant in Mudeford/Highcliffe for an evening meal which was perfect for my husband as the driver.Parking at this Prem.Inn was easy(don't forget to enter your car reg. In the foyer) with plenty of spaces and of course free.
We had such a lovely sleep with no disturbance so we didn't need to be concerned about staying here. If visiting the Jurassic
coast again, we
definitely would use
this Premier Inn as it is good value(if booked well in
advance.)

It's a Premier Inn, they are what they are and generally good value, location was near where I needed to be. The pub next to the hotel where I had breakfast was just slightly tired, could do with redecorating. Staff super friendly and helpful 10 ot of 10.
