I had a bad experience i want to know if they had different elastic bands because the ones they had was in a ball but I want to know if they have other ones. the staffs they didn't help much they seen more Interesting of talking to each other I ask the staff member on the till about another item he told me where I can find it i ask him can you show me where the Item is he said I can't leave the till there was about under 4 customers in the shop I try to find it I couldn't find that item it I ask another staff member he said we don't have it i ask can you look for me he went to look for me and there was one. bad experience staff wasn't that helpfull seen more Interesting talking to each other then customer service must do better.

Every sunday we go in this store with our dog in the buggy and always the staff are amazing and super friendly, BUT today a lady member of staff approached me very rudely saying get out of the store she was aggresive and walking away shouting, my husband went to speak to who was incharge, the person told him he was busy!! an with his back turned said no dogs which is ok but say it nicely, it really upset me, in the last month i have spent over £300 pounds in that store, some staff come over to say hello to della.I am so upset this happened.. if the manager wants to look at his camera, it was on isle 1 it was about 11ish a was pushing the buggy, an my husband went down to the till around same Time..like a say never ever had a problem, and would like to have some feed back about what happened.. it was Christchurch high street store

This shop looks tired and unloved. Needs a good refresh. Handy for some cheap products but not much for a £1.Staff are quite friendly but can get a bit too chatty to customers. Some car parks around Winton.
