Went for dinner with a friend, Mateo, the manager was our server, since the minute we stepped in we had a warm welcome, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere guys, we had such a lovely experience. 100% recommend

Cold restaurant. Waited too long for service then food. Never cleared the table until the next course needed putting down on the table. Certainly would not go again.

Vegetarian options: There is a good selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. These options are clearly labelled with small icons next to the name of the menu entry

Served by Ewelina, who was fun and excellent at her job, she couldn't do enough for us.
There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed the meal. I had bruschetta followed by fiorentina pizza, both lovely and a bottle of red.

Joanna no customer service whatsoever. Asked for water when we got our food and was ignored as she walked off. Then after the meal we asked again but staff were standing around chatting she then proceeded to say something to her colleagues and roll her eyes as she slumped over to our table we confronted her over this and she kept stammering for an excuse to which she then said she was just tired which is okay but does not excuse the behaviour to that degree. Multiple items were also not available and we were not told until we put our orders in, toppings were also missing from a pizza which we ordered also. Felt unwelcome and as if it was a waste of money.

We booked a table for 7 of us at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. The waiter was polite and attentive. The drinks arrived promptly. The food was delicious but took a while to arrive. I suspect that the restaurant was short-staffed because as the meal went on, it became harder to get the attention of a waiter. It was also difficult to pay. We got the bill, but had to ask to actually pay it twice.
We enjoyed ourselves, but with a toddler in our party could have done with food being served more promptly.
Dietary restrictions: Very good for gf and nut allergy.

Had a really great deal on , ages since we last visited. All round great experience very friendly staff and the pizza was superb. Had the hot American ! Yummy. Will definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids there having a great time.

Great food, as always, you know what to expect when you go in, but when it's done really well, then that's down to the staff.
Lovely and friendly staff offering a great experience.
