I have needed to visit the Christchurch branch of Nationwide three times now over the past weeks for differing reasons and I have to say how impressed i've been with the service from the staff. On all occasions my requirements have been sorted effieciently and in a professional yet kind interactive way, somewhat missing from some other places now. Customer service is excellent at Christchurch and if that is something you feel is missing from where you currently are I would highly recommend moving to this branch.

Superb customer service by the staff in the branch. I wish all banks had such dedicated agents.
I went to the branch to open an account for my daughter and the staff was super helpful, we sorted everything in a few minutes, no hassle.

I had a great and positive response from Michael in your branch earlier today. I made a mess yesterday of depositing a cheque in the ATM when the branch was closed. By the time the branch was opened today, it had all been sorted. Thank you.
