What a great local bank with fabulous staff who truly understand and practice excellent customer service.
We were visiting from Northern Ireland where there are no Lloyds branches, and needed to change an account to a joint account.
Our time in Christchurch was very limited as we were there to meet with family; but Pam & Kathy really did go above and beyond to help us get it sorted quickly and with total professionalism!
Highly recommended? wish this branch was more local to us?

Completely pointless branch. Closed more than it is open and they lock the ATMs away when shut even though they are separated from the bank by security shutters.

was recomended to use this bank after 40 years at nationwide where when i wanted to withdraw a reasonble amount of money in cash they promptly froze my account because i was accused of money laundering .staff were rude and beligerant so transfered my account to lloyds ,where i found the staff an absolute delight to deal with and a very big thanks to jane launder banking consultant who listened and understood my financial needs. Ican now withdraw what ever amount of cash and am not seen or treated as a criminal, and there telephone services are efficent too ,many thanks lloyds at christchurch

Its good and all ways very helpful hereand very convenient car parking. Watch the entrance its very close to your car wing ok apart from that good.
