I recently moved into my new apartment with the help of Kieran and I couldn?t be more grateful for the support I received. Even though there were a few delays (which weren?t his fault), he handled everything calmly and professionally, always making sure to stay friendly and supportive throughout.
His approachable attitude and willingness to help really made the whole move much easier and far less stressful than I expected. It?s clear he genuinely cares about providing a good experience, and that made all the difference for me.

I have dealt with many Lettings and Estate agents over the years, in many countries too! I have never experienced the level of service which I received from Leaders Lettings and Estate Agents in Bournemouth they are truly amazing. I am relocating from Devon and I assumed this task would be hard and painful. My dedicated point of contact was Kieran. Kieran made the process so simple and easy for me despite the distance! Kieran is friendly, polite, and also very proactive, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I have recently moved West to Bournemouth from 50 miles away and have found the process of getting installed a dream come true. Beverley of Leaders is my property manager and has made me feel so welcome and made so sure that I'm happy with everything.
I have moved from a town with no salsa dancing to a town which is full of it and not far away - important as I no longer drive a car - and I just know that this is the best move I have ever made in my entire lifetime!

The initial process, when renting was acceptable, they were helpful. A shame that we, people who are not on a position to buy, have to rely on these entitites that make a scrutinious search to your personal, financial, professional life and still, at the end, they suck everything you have with no reason..stay away! Don't use their non deposit option, a complete scam against tenants. Maybe better, if you are a tenant, do not use Leaders at all. Better avoid the hassle and just find somewhere else.

Great from start to finish.
Super helpful and so kind. Made myself and my partner feel comfortable from the very beginning. We now have a beautiful family home, everything made really easy and Leaders was at the end of the phone offering support the whole time.
