My tyre monitor popped up late on Saturday night ,so on Sunday i checked to see who was opened to fix or replace my tyre . Luckily for me Kwik fit in Christchurch opened at 10 am and i received the most professional care you could ask for . They managed to repair my tyre in 15 mins after i had to make an appointment but , a big thank you to Kwik fit .

My first review because I believe I was either unlucky or this is how the service is provided at Christchurch Kwikfit.
I went in for a diagnostic, problem came back to be a faulty wheel sensor asked how much, price was given and a date was arranged very good so far spoke to the gentleman named Shay/Shane? Have nothing against any of the employees, however I came for the appointment only to be told there was delays with the delivery of the part, fair enough. Rearranged again for a few days later, was told the part would arrive the next day, booked another day off work for this went there and the part had not arrived. Offered a 30% discount, okay sounds good but I just wanted my vehicle fixed. Rearranged again, for a few days later went there Shay was on annual leave another colleague had told me, he rang and spoke to him and came back to me to say the part still hasn?t arrived. He offered me a free not and 5% extra off, at this point I don?t want any discount?s just wanted to know when the part would arrived etc. Employee said he would call me as I would be at work and arrange a pickup and they would drive it there and back to fix. I didn?t receive a single call back, also they had supposed rang me to say the parts were delayed I didn?t get any miss calls and my number was correct. At this point I was patient enough, I?m not blaming anyone but communication is so important I?ve just wasted these appointments when I could have got it fixed elsewhere and that?s what I will be doing, I won?t avoid all KwikFit?s but this was either luck not on my side or this is the service they provide.

Amazing service, fitted me in for an urgent exhaust repair, kept me informed all the time and staff were very pleasant and courteous. Great stuff guys....keep it up

We went to this Kwik fit today for some advice on our cars exhaust I cannot fault the team on their communication professionalism and knowledge. They were super efficient and really polite fantastic team thank you we didn?t actually need a new exhaust in the end but will comeback again

I recently used kwik fit to help me diagnose and fix a coolant leak, the gentleman who first spoke to me over the phone was incredibly helpful and arranged for a specialist to call me back asap.
Got my car booked in when it was convenient to me, the specialist found the issue was my water pump and arranged to swap it for a new one very quickly and for a decent price.
Their communication was perfect from start to finish and I?ll be returning when my MOT and service are due!

Booked over the phone for a 10am slot. Guy on phone v helpful. Turned up to drop the car off and very rude guy in front desk said they couldn?t fit the car in as too busy. No apology, he was disinterested and when I asked is that how Kwik Fit treat their customers he shrugged and turned his back on me to do something in the computer so I left. Wasted journey and time off work.

My first time taking my car to Kwik Fit and my first experience was great, not only did they replace and refit a new battery (which what I took the car in for) they checked the tyres as well and I was pleasantly surprised by the price as well

Christchurch Kwik fit was very efficient at fixing our problem.
The price paid was considerably better than everywhere else that quoted us, and the staff were 10/10

Blown away with how good the service is here. I?ve turned up at 4.15pm on a Saturday. I?ve got a nail in my tyre. It?s 4.37pm and my car is also it fixed.
I?ve used a local tyre place for years and they shut at 4pm, I always try and use independent places over the big brands, normally because the service isn?t great but I can?t fault these guys at all.
I will use them for all my vehicles going forward.

Good offer on four continental tyres. Made appointment online at time convenient to me. On arrival, greeted by friendly professional staff. Car on the ramps in no time at all. Efficient and thorough. Will definitely go to Kwikfit again.
