Booking our cruise was straight forward and matched online prices.Great peace of mind compared to a recent experience of booking online and spending hours hanging on the end of a phone trying to re schedule a previous cruise.Well done Hays.

Having used Hays Travel many times over the years, I have just booked another trip with them. Emily has gone out of her way to find us the best place suitable and a really good price for the trip. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I have booked many a holiday with this branch. Unfortunately, however last May I booked to go to Bali in June of this year thinking Covid may be over then. As we know it isn't. As I won't be in line to have my vaccine until July I feel ineasy to travel. However they won't allow me to cancel the trip which is very unfair. You find out how a business operates in tough times, sadly Hays customer service has fallen extremely short of any expected standards.
