Halfords was always the last place I would look for car and motorbike parts. They used to be overpriced but they seem to have upped their game and seem to be at least as cheap as online stores including Amazon. But with Halfords you get the peace of mind that comes from being able to go see/touch/feel and if it goes badly, return stuff easily

Compliment for Halfords Christchurch
I was driving through Christchurch in the rain when my windscreen wiper flew off my car. My husband has dementia so couldn?t help me ( and was starting to panic a bit ).
I tried unsuccessfully watching YouTube videos and In desperation I drove to the Halfords branch in Christchurch.
One of the ladies in the branch came to my rescue, she was fabulous. Despite being very busy she explained what other jobs she had to do, how long it would take and was soon able to help. The lady was able to click it into place in seconds allowing me to get on my way.
I am so very grateful for her help and kindness. I always get great service at Halfords Christchurch but this lady really went above and beyond

Staff unable to assist on purchasing a roof box and bars. Didn't seem to know when someone would be able to fit either. Very unhelpful. Went over to Bournemouth Halfords and found them very knowledgeable. This was very inconvenient for us as we live over the otherside of Christchurch.

I ordered 2 items on line twice in the last fortnight and the company Halfords had them ready and waiting when I arrived at the store the young man both times put the order numbers in and my items were there. I really like this shop ?
