In attempting to book a flight to the Philippines, Claire Ruffell at Fred Ohlsen?s new branch in Ferndown is particularly knowledgeable. The simple fact that one cannot fly from UK to that part of the world without a visa is immediately apparent - and the London Embassy being closed for visa issues doesn?t do anything for morale. Still and throughout all the research she does for prospective customers, Claire keeps cool and Unflustered by all the confusing data that permeates the interweb whilst this pesky pandemic persists..!We continue to seek some route from England to Manila - and with her repatriation experience with the many thousands of stranded Filipino ship?s crews that Fred Ohlsen looks after, this lady is still my go-to advisor for travel matters.And why only four stars..? Simply because I?m still here and not where I really want to be..!

Great team in here I had so much fun finding a holiday the staff had been to a lot of the destinations recommended which helps and when the car hire company overcharged Tom fought it for me on my behalf while I was away. Looking for an excuse to go back and book something else.
