Tried to place an order over the phone, spoke with an incredibly rude and dismissive member of staff, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Payment didn't go through, perhaps he put the number in wrong, he simply said 'your card was declined, go order online' and hung up. Shocking service, can honestly say I won't be ordering from here again.

I placed an order in store and cancelled it straight away when they told me the wait would be over 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and they said no we can?t do it in store and I have to wait for head office to process it. I have chased several times over the last 5 weeks and no refund has been given. I chased the store and they explained that it could have been processed in store at the time which was odd as the manager that night told me they cannot process refunds in store so clearly trying to be obtuse! I then asked Kacper for the number to make a complaint and he said he doesn?t have it and I must look online half for the number. I find it strange that dominoes don?t have a number for their own head office!
Overall just poor service and still no refund for my 4/5 pizzas I ordered. How hard is it just to refund me it?s only £50+

I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

Fine pizza selection, erratic service

I ordered to collect from this store. We got charged twice for the order, the food was tasty but we never got all we ordered. A month later they are still arguing about it. This place is total chaos, plastic containers left in the middle of the floor so staff have to constantly walk around them, can't find the order and can't organise a refund. I would not recommend using this store and it is a franchise so Domino's are not interested in any problems. Good luck if you try here, you'll need it.
